Good morning, I’m Tom Basile from T .G. Basile, we’re here in Somerville, New Jersey at the second phase of this parking garage restoration project where we are setting two double T panels. Originally we had done overhead repairs underneath the deck, now in our second phase we have a 60 ton crane which is going to be utilized to set the two 70 ,000 pound double T panels on top of the existing beams.
The next and final phase of the project is to complete the double T connection repairs and then we’re going to apply a traffic water proofing membrane on top of the entire roof deck to prevent these types of damages from happening.
