Hi, my name is Tom Basile from TG Basile. Today we’re at one of our projects in Newark, New Jersey where we’re tasked with repairing and waterproofing this parking garage. Our work includes shop blasting and installation of SICA 720 -745 traffic bearing waterproof system and parking bumpers with line striping at the top deck.
Inside the parking garage we’re performing overhead, vertical and waffle slab rib repairs with SICA VOH mortar and flowable micro concrete. This is a residential establishment and we’re working with the client to perform repairs in four phases so we don’t impact the tenant parking.
